Paris, France - Guide

18/03
Futuroscope

First amusement park (There's mostly simulators, so it doesn't give you a real trip filled of adrenalin):

Best ride - Danse avec les Robots (3x)

Giant Robot's Hand + Round 'n Round + Disco Songs = Headache or Dizzy or Completly Crazy Mood

Final Show (I love the multicolour water effects <3 + fireworks)

19/03
Petit and Grand Palais
Petit Palais
Grand Palais
Les Invalides

Something that intrigued me was the sun clocks hanging on both walls. One of them had the zodiac signs.

Eiffel Tower

Yesh, seeing the Eiffel Tower (with your own eyes) always makes you release some kind of squeak or sigh. But the thing is... There was a funny scent in the air (as funny as smelling rotten eggs). It wasn't pleasant at all, and removed instantly the magic about being the 'Eiffel Tower'. And it was a rainy day, I spent it talking with one of my friends. That surely was lovely, except for the cold wind always freezing my bones!

Georges Pompidou Center

It was already dark when we arrived here, and it was closed, and I was hungry and with tummyaches!

Champs Elysées

Arc de Triomphe

As you can see, not what I call a sunny day!
Although, up there, we definitely have an amazing view of Paris - The old piece and the modern one.

20/03
Louvre Museum

The Louvre Museum is definitely a place you cannot miss in Paris. There are so many interesting paintings for all types of persons. One of my favourites paintings is this one below:

The northern lights behind the scene create some kind of a eerie envirionment, while we have deadly mountains rising up toward the skies, and a freezing lake right behind the main scene - People dying in the middle of nothing...

Cathedral of Notre-Dame

I wasn't able to visit the bell or any part that appears in the well-known movie about the Hunchback of Notre-Dame. Due to that fact, it lost all the 'ohhh' and 'ahhh' about being the Notre-Dame and stuff!

Opera of Paris

We passed by it, while the bus was driving us through Paris (to be honest I barely noticed it).

La Madeleine

Place de la Concorde

We had our lunch at this place (picture above). Completly lovely the environment around us, especially because while we were resting and enjoying our meals, the birds started to beg us for food. There were even a few ones that came and ate on our hands. Amazingggg!

When we had finished our meal, we kept walking, discovering every piece of Paris.
While walking towards the Arc de Triomphe, I (partially) heard the conversation of some british girls talking about french boys.
One word - Hilarious!

Place du Tertre

It would have been quite an interesting experience if I had had time to sit for over an hour and have a picture of my face. But, because we were out of time (again), I contented myself by only looking at the draws and the way those people create art. Unfortunately, a few of those artists were free and started waving toward me, as if saying Hey you, come here, let me draw you!!! And I was like, Start running Dolphy! Ohh my, I hate when this happens...

Basilica of Sacré Coeur

One of the most beautiful places I visited in Paris, indeed!
It brought me some childhood memories, because I saw one of those traditional carousels.
And all the way up there was more than enough for my physical strengh (nahh, I'm kidding, kind of), however at the end, I was delighted with a whole view of Paris and entertained by one of those persons who do stunts in the middle of the road.

Yep I'm amazed too!

21/03
Cité des Sciences
Actually it's really similiar to the one Portugal has at Parque do Gil, however this one is way bigger! I just visited the Astronomy, Biology (rocks), Geology (genes) part of this whole exhibition. Ohhh and watched a documentary about the seasons, plants, constellations, Big Bang (everybody that was asleep, jumped with the explosion of colours and sound) and yadda yadda...
And of course, I ate a caramel sunday and my BFF ate a chocolate one, Yummm!!! The best.

La Défense
Here we have the most atractive part of Modern Paris. Hmmm, I guess I'm old-fashioned, because this didn't catch my attention at all.

Place de la Bastille
Sincerally, I don't even remember walking by this plazza. Maybe it was after dinner, and we just wanted a nice comfy bed...

Sainte-Chapelle
No way, I didn't visite this, maybe it was captured at a distance with my camera (in the middle of our rushes from one place to another), but I didn't have the pleasure to explore this part of Paris.

Bateau-mouche
A Bateau-Mouche is like a Riverboat. It was a nice trip, except for the cold wind blowing in our direction, the fact that it was drizzling and it was already dark. Good side - exploring Paris at night might be more exciting than under the daylight (Scout's Word).

22/03
DisneyLand Paris

Yesh it's magical and fantastic, The Land of our ChildHood's dreams and memories!

Best ride - Space Mountain (2x)

Dark Tunnel + Super Sonic Speed + Trip through Space = Completly Out of your Mind and Begging on your knees for MORE!!!

Childhood's memories - Cups of Tea and Wall-E

The little kid inside me got enchanted by this cute cups of tea!!! I mean colourful cups of tea, who wouldn't get tempted by them?

I also have a video @

Those are mostly my background squeaks and complains for such a lame speed of rotation of the cuppa!

Wall-E!!!
One of my favourite animated movie of all times.

Final Show (Short Stories about all Disney movies) - The one I liked the most (Soundtrack + Light Effects) was Tangled.

The lamps floating up toward the sky, wakes up odd emotions and mixed feelings inside my soul.
Just ignore my trembling and my background voice trying to sing alongside the soundtrack!

Dragon's Oath

Plot:
In early 19th Century England Bryan Lankford is a troublesome yet talented human teen who thinks he can get away with anything... untill his father, a wealthy nobleman, has finally had enough, and banishes him to America. When Bryan is marked on the docks and given the choice between the London House of Night and the dragon-prowed ship to America, he chooses the Dragon - and a brand new fate.
Becoming a Fledging may be exciting, but it opens a door to a dangerous world... In 1830's St.Louis, the Gateway to the West, Dragon Lankford becomes a Sword Master, and soon realizes there are both frightening challenges and beautiful perks. Like Anastasia, the captivating young Professor of Spells and Rituals at the Tower Grove House of Night, who really should have nothing to do with a fledgling...
But when a dark power threatens, Dragon is caught in its focus. Though his uncanny fighting skills make him a powerful fledgling, is he strong enough to ward off evil, while protecting Anastasia as well?
Will his choices save her - or destroy them all?

My Opinion:
The first impression that I have from Bryan is completely different from the one I have now (after reading his book).
And I have to say that, this book, wasn't really what I was expecting, and I loved the surprise!
I'm not really advanced in the House of Night's sequel, so I don't have many things to say right now.
Just that I'm glad that now I can imagine Lankford on a different perspective!

Untamed and Hunted

Plot:
Life sucks when your friends are pissed at you. Just ask Zoey Redbird - she's become an expert on suckiness. In one week she has gone from having three boyfriends to having none, and from having a close group of friends who trusted and supporter her, to being an outcast. Speaking of friends, of the two Zoey has left, one is undead and one is unmarked. And Neferet had declared war on humans, which Zoey knows in her herat is wrong. But will anyone listen to her? Zoey's adventures at vampyre finishing school take a wild and dangerous turn as loyalties are tested, shocking true intentions come to light, and an ancient evil is awakened.

My Opinion:
Finally I'm back reading my House of Night sequel, tempting as always!
In this book the bonds of friendship get stronger than ever, new characters show their faces and Zoey is obliged to follow a path to save the world from the prominent apocalypse.
There you have a small piece of the book below:

"So, even in the midst of craziness and exhaustion and life-changing chaos, I was filled with peace and the sweet knowledge that I was walking the path my Goddess wanted me on.
Not that that path was smooth and pothole free. But still, it was my path, and like me, it was bound to be unique."

Plot:
What if the hottest guy in the world was hiding a nameless evil, and all he wanted was you? At the start of this heart-pounding new installment of the bestselling House of Night series, Zoey's friends have her back again and Stevie Rae and the red fledglings aren't Neferet's secrets any longer. But an unexpected danger has emerged. Neferet guards her powerful new consort, Kalona, and no one at the House of Night seems to understand the threat he poses. Kalona looks gorgeous, and he has the House of Night under his spell. A past life holds the key to breaking his rapidly spreading influence, but what if this past life shows Zoey secrets she doesn't want to hear and truths she can't face?

My Opinion:
The first chapter begins with a dream, where Zoey is seduced by Kalona. There he called her A-ya (the woman who the cherokee women created with Earth, in order to seduce Kalona and capture him underground, inside a cave).
Kalona is a Fallen Angel, and on Earth he is like a God. Alongside with Neferet, both of them take over the House of Night and set themselves to conquer the whole world.
But there's still hope!
One heartbeat at a time, the war between humans and vampyres is closing in, and Zoey is running out of time to stop it.
However, she still has a hidden trick in her sleeve.

True Believer

Plot:
Jeremy Marsh is the ultimate New Yorker: handsome, almost always dressed in black, and part of the media elite. An expert on debunking the supernatural with a regular column in "Scientific American," he's just made his first appearance on national TV. When he receives a letter from the tiny town of Boone Creek, North Carolina, about ghostly lights that appear in a legend-shrouded cemetery, he can't resist driving down to investigate. Here, in this tightly knit community, Lexie Darnell runs the town's library, just as her mother did before the accident that left Lexie an orphan. Disappointed by past relationships, including one that lured her away from home, she is sure of one thing: her future is in Boone Creek, close to her grandmother and all the other people she loves. Jeremy expects to spend a quick week in "the sticks" before speeding back to the city. But from the moment he sets eyes on Lexie, he is intrigued and attracted to this beautiful woman who speaks with a soft drawl and confounding honesty. And Lexie, while hesitating to trust this outsider, finds herself thinking of Jeremy more than she cares to admit. Now, if they are to be together, Jeremy Marsh must make a difficult choice: return to the life he knows, or do something he's never done before--take a giant leap of faith. A story about taking chances and following your heart, True Believer will make you, too, believe in the miracle of love.

My Opinion:

Jeremy was married, once with a woman, before meeting Lexie. Both of them admited that they weren't in love, it was just a relationship that could work, seeing that the couple wanted plenty of kids (Jeremy was from a big family).
The relationship seemed to be working perfectly, untill the day that Jeremy found out that he  couldn't have kids. So, it appears that the ultimate New Yorker was a defected product.
Meanwhile, Jeremy enfolded himself in many projects around the state, and pushed himself away, little by little, from his wife. After knowing that Mary (Jeremy's wife) couldn't get pregnant, she packed her bags and returned to her mother's house, leaving Jeremy with the divorce papers to sign.
No one knew about this piece of his past, until he decided to tell it to Lexie.

I have to say that my favourite character is Lexie's grandmother, Doris. She has been like a mother to Lexie, since her parents died in a car accident. She was the trigger for all this story to begin. She was the one who called Jeremy's agent suggesting him to unfold the ghosts myths at the South. She was the one who encouraged Lexie to give Jeremy a second chance, when everything seemed to be falling apart.
And as if her personality was a contagious disease, Jeremy started to release himself from the webs that were holding him to reason and Lexie opened her herself to the strange city man, giving him an opportunity in her life.
It's an amazing book, where Science and the Unexplainable are joined together (where those words represent two persons: Jeremy and Lexie).
And just like this, a simple trip to the South became an adventurous challenge, with secrets being revealed, relationships being put to test and second chances being giving to TRUE BELIEVERS.
Now I leave you, my dear readers, with a small piece of the book:
"There was science and then there was the unexplainable, and Jeremy has spend his life trying to reconcile the two. He dwelt in reality, scoffed at magic, and felt pity for the true believers. But as he gazed at Lexie, trying to make sense of what sha was telling him, he found his old sense of surety slipping.
No, he couldn't explain it, and in the future, he never would. It defied the laws of biology, it shattered his assumptions about the man he knew himself to be. Quite simply, it was impossible, with sudden, euphoric certainty the words he never thought he would hear. 'Here's our miracle,' she whispered. 'It's a girl'."

The second book is At First Sight, the sequel to True Believer

Paris, France

Hello dear readers,
Unfortunately I've run out of stories.
Due to that fact, probably my next posts will be about a book I've read or a movie I've watched or some short story version of a song I've enjoyed.

Easter holidays, finally arrived!
And what's better than spending them at the city of lights?
It will be great to harass my inspiration, y'know new faces and new places have that effect in me.

Happy Easter to everyone @
Carpe Diem and Respect the Free Will ^-^

The Unknown

When leaves have fallen and skies turned into grey, when the night keeps on closing in on the day and a nightingale sings his song of farewell, Jeremy is sweating, while tossing and turning in his bed, fighting against the fictional monsters created in his subconscious dreams.
A group of young warriors and soul guardians were wandering inside enemy borders, searching for traces of the cruel existence of the Ice Queen. With firm steps, five brave friends ventured themselves on the edges of the kingdom, caught by surprise, by an expected fog.
Every step they took, the ice and CO2 bubbles caged inside solid water, cracked and started to sag under the weight of their bodies, regulated by hormones, secreted by the pituitary gland, stimulated by their desires.
Inhaling and exhaling, within feeble heartbeats and uncertain moves, each mate vanished in the air, followed by the blowing of a frosty breeze, spaced by two minutes long.
"Stop playing around, there's no time for --"  Jeremy began to say, spinning around on his feet, supposing to face his mates, but they were all gone.
"Nice move, Ice Queen" he whispers, surrounded by the opaque fog of forgetfulness, when all of a sudden, alongside with a screechy scream, a hole is open in his chest and drowing in his own body fluids, an intense light blinds him.
With a wild gasp, oxygen returns to his lungs, opening his eyes madly, dilating the pupil with the variation of luminosity, filling up his chest with gases of a freezing hell. Quick flashes of short memories overflow his counsciousness:
Jeremy finds himself remembering the old days, when he used to spend time with his family, before becoming a warrior. He remembers the cold night when columns of black smoke rose into the skies, while he was changing the sheets of his bed, keeping an eye on his younger sister, who was listening to his uncle, a storyteller:"When she embraces, your heart turns into stone, she comes at night when you are all alone, and when she whispers, your blood shall run cold, you better hide before she finds you!"
Later that night, when Jeremy was still trying to fall asleep, Jenna mentioned "Whenever she is raging, she takes all life away, Haven't you seen? The ruins of our world." Jeremy was able to distinguish the fear lurking in her eyes, as a tear tried to escape. He kissed her forehead, wrapping his arms around her, swinging sideways slowly.
Finally recovering the control of his body, as scents teased his nose and explosions of sound atrophied his ears, he crawls toward the cliffs, where he has a privileged view on the battlefield. There's three spots on the field, where fire fights against ice while dense clouds of steam condense in midair.
At the bottom of the cliff, the Ice Queen is on her way up, enveloped in a cloud of sharp ice crystals, to bring death to another part of the kingdom.
Jeremy starts crawling backwards, getting up on his feet, despite the intolerant pain that almost made him fall again, he rushes inside a small crack in the virgin mountain, trying to escape from her freezing hell. He still can't believe that the Ice Queen materialized herself from the children nightmares during the smiling cat's festival. Cunning creature, indeed he thinks to himself, Why is everything so quiet, suddenly?
Jeremy peeks through the crack, carefully, not to reveal his position, and the loud hissing produced by the madam's lips, leaves his ear unable to perform its function, making him lean backwards, stretching in pain.
A pale icy hand, with sharp nails, breaks through the crack, and scratches his cheek, leaving two thin lines that started to fill up with his fresh sweet blood.
Once again, Jeremy runs for his life, I mean, one day the ice will melt, right? It can't be winter forever...
As he penetrates deeper into the virgin mountain, Jeremy finds about a place hidden in its heart, a cave made of ice mixed with the power of the Earth. Two different elements that feel in love, a long time ago, when water started falling from the sky and infiltrated inside the sins of the Earth; they both joined together to form a whole greater than either separate. However the scale between them was never stable...
Somehow, his sense of orientation leads to a village, free from the blindness of snow, C'mon just a few meters and you'll be safe, Jeremy prays.
"Not so fast, pretty young boy!" the Ice Queen orders, making him shiver.
Jeremy is exhausted, he can barely walk, due to the lack of blood in his system. She pulls him closer to her, by his injured leg, making him gasp.
Interrupted by several hiccups, Jeremy still states "Give up... You'll never win." pointing out a tree next to them, "You cover the earth with a breathtaking cloak, but the sun awakes and melts it away, the world now opens its eyes and sees, the dawning of a new day."
Her expression of victory, automatically changes into a mixture of delight and pure anger, and soon her instincts take over her control. The delicious scent being emanated of his cheek, the numerous injuries that left bones outside his body and the intriguing grey eyes that seem to glow everytime radiation reflects in his presence; encouraged her to commit a sin.
Already on top of him, not allowing him to set free, she rests her head on his shoulder, snuggling her face against his neck.
Jeremy feels disgusted, A bloodthirsty and without any mercy monster flirting with me, C'mon, give me a break! However he can't help, but notice, that the frosty body of hers against his skin and injuries, provide a quite relaxing state of mind.
Unwittingly he leans his head to her side, and rubs his cheek against her freezing forehead, sending chills along his spine. While all of a sudden she digs her fangs in his luscious neck, making his vocalize a loud groan.
Sliding up his hand along her back, he was willing to make her stop by pulling her head away, but ends up playing with her strings of liquid hair; right when the clink of handcuffs lock her fists.
Jeremy despairingly tries to open his eyes, and brings himself back to reality, for one more day. But the view, that reality offers him is too damn traumatising.
The Ice Queen is tied up on a mast and, surrounding her, there's plenty of branches set on fire. A group of villagers are blocking the way to save her; and one last time Jeremy gets on his feet and kind of crawls towards the open fire.
A pal goes to meet him and helps him to stand up, offering his shoulder to support Jeremy's weight.
"Finally that terrible creature is gone" the pal states, while the Ice Queen screams and shouts.
Jeremy remains incredulous, staring at his mate writhing in agony; She needs me, and the only thing I can do is to surrender... I can't barely stand myself...
And when she finally starts to give in, she rises her head at the sky and confesses "James, we gave birth to a child..." holds her gaze with Jeremy and prophesies her last words "Good luck, my boy"
When he realizes that the Ice Queen is his mom, and shouts her name "Snow White!", she had already turned into crystal ashes...

Brisingr, Christopher Paolini

Short Plot:
1) Eragon, Saphira, and Roran travel to Helgrind. There they rescue Katrina. Katrina is pregnant with Roran's child and a wedding is arranged. A force of enchanted troops attack alongside Murtagh and his dragon, Thorn. Nasuada orders Eragon to attend the election of the new dwarf king in the Beor Mountains. Once among the dwarves, Eragon is the target of a failed assassination and Orik is elected the new king.
2) Eragon and Saphira return to the elven capital Ellesméra to train. Eragon discovers who is his father --> Brom; Glaedr also reveals the source of Galbatorix's power: Eldunari, or heart of hearts. Rhunön creates a weapon by controlling Eragon's body, a sword named"Brisingr." Oromis and Glaedr finally decide to participate in the battle. Thus, Glaedr gives his own Eldunari to Eragon.
3) Meanwhile, Roran is sent on various missions. During one of them the plans made by the new commander almost cause the operation to fail, but Roran gives new orders and kills one hundred and ninety-three enemy soldiers, leading the Varden to victory. Despite saving the mission, Roran is charged with insubordination and is flogged as a punishment. After the public whipping, Nasuada promotes Roran to commander and sends his unit on a mission. He leaves in command of a group of both men and Urgals to enforce the idea of men and Urgals working together. When an Urgal, Yarbog, challenges Roran for leadership of the unit, he wrestles the Urgal and forces him to submit. After returning to the Varden, his squad joins the siege of Feinster, a city in the Empire. As the siege begins, Eragon departs to find the leader of the city, but discovers that three magicians are attempting to create a Shade. While racing to kill the magicians, Eragon has a vision through Glaedr's Eldunarí showing Oromis and Murtagh fighting. Murtagh is using power of several Eldunari, and Glaedr and Thorn fight in the sky. Soon Glaedr is badly wounded. In the midst of the fighting, Galbatorix possesses Murtagh and tries to lure Oromis to his side: when he fails, and after Oromis suffers a seizure, Galbatorix uses Murtagh to kill him and Glaedr is killed shortly after. After the vision, the magicians have managed to create the Shade Varaug. Eragon and Arya fight desperately to slay Varaug and Arya ends up stabing Varaug in the heart.  Arya and Eragon are now both known as Shadeslayers.

My Opinion:

Brisingr is the third book of Christopher Paolini's saga.
I liked reading it very much, because it mixes fantasy, with bloody battles, oaths and the magic of the brotherhood.

The creatures that I most admire are the Elves.
Maybe because of their way of living: *Peacefully in their magic forest; *Entertaining themselves with their hobbies; *Excellent warriors, magicians, carpenters and leaders...
And due to that fact, the character that especially caught my attention was Oromis (The Elf that was training Eragon and he's also a Dragon's Rider). Oromis had a very wise way of interpreting life, and most of the time was described as some kind of glowing God.

And just between us:
*Yes I'm very sad that he actually died;
*Of course it would be delightful to get into his mind, probably a trip without way back!

It's really worth reading the Dragon's Saga of the young Christopher Paolini.
He has some kind of secret power, because his description of characters and places are really incredible. As well as, the creation of a  mysterious kingdom, Alagaësia (completely tempting to go and explore all corners).

A Threat of an Old Friend

In the mid-nineteenth century, when troubadours still uttered songs of Friendship, Love and Badmouth. In a time, when the two chairmen of Alter and Sparks' family got along well and their families joined together, in their mansions, for delicious and divine meals, Arriane and Roland used to spend entire days, running through the fields around the mansion, catching dozens of fireflies, butterflies and other flying bugs with nets and putting them in jars, and when the night arrived, the two of them would watch the eerie glow and the black shapes moving in the dark, with a mixture of wonder and fascination, before Arriane's hands, tangled in his, finally open the lid.
As the two of them grew older, the time they used to spend together at the family meetings grew shorter. Both of them were the heirs of their families and their responsabilities and success cursed upon them.
In one of the family meetings, Ronald sat with Arriane on the small dock behind the mansion, their legs dangling over the water, while the sun slowly traversed the sky.
Ronald turned toward Arriane and confessed "Chairman is setting up a carriage... After twenty-seven autumns, I'm more than ready to get married. However I'm not allowed to marry without any benefits to my family. Y'know what I mean..." shrugging.
Arriane fixed the slight waves created by the perturbation of the water caused by the landing of a duck and nodded softly.
Ronald raised his arm in order to put a string of her wild hair behind her ear, and sliding gently his finger down her cheek, he lifted her chin closing the inches between their lips. Arriane, with her eyes glowing, almost seemed like a frightened cat, uncertain in her actions; ending up by satisfying her deepest desires with her peer. But reality soon knock on her door: He was about to get married.
"What was that for?" Arriane asked, a little bit confused.
"A good-bye kiss, I guess..." Ronald sighed, focusing her shinning eyes.
Returning to the mansion, they both took separate ways.
Ronald heading to a high class married life and Arriane to a more mysterious life beneath the shadow of twisted men.

*

Darren, increasing his step march and carrying a letter from the battle front, entered into the prom room where King Sparks and his Queen were sitting in their thrones and announced " Your highness, Chris, The general who commands the 5HQ, reported that his crew acquired a new weapon."
"And how's that relevant?"
"Well, the thing is... the new weapon is not made of steal and concrete, it is... or should I say, she's made of flesh and bone."
Rising up, King Sparks was perplexed "Elaborate that."
"Soldiers call her, 'The one that sees with hands'... Some say she sold her soul to the devil in order to get free from the owners of human traffic, but the demon tricked her and ripped out her eyeballs, sewing her face with spinning line and adding sidekick eyeballs into the palm of her hands."
Clearing his throat, with a haughty voice "How is that thing going to help me win the war?"
"Ohhh, she has the capability to see the future; I'm pretty sure she can tell your majesty, who's gonna win the war."
"Squire set up my saddle, I'm going to visit that creature and cheer up my men's spirit."
The Queen grabbed the King's hand and told him "Be careful, my love" and embraced him with her weak arms, kissing his face gently.

*

"Time to switch shifts, brother." a man, probably entering the 40 years crisis and wearing just the clothes supposed to go under the armor, announced to his mate.
"Be careful, brother... it's an incredible cunning creature."
The creature was trapped inside a carriage turned into a wooden cage which was covered with a poor, old, dusty blanket.
"Ronald..." a voice coming from camp called his name. The man turned around searching for someone who might have called him, but no one was there.
"Ronald..." the melodic, pure voice called again.
"Who is calling me, show yourself!" the man ordered, while a small hand lie on his right shoulder, he instantly turned around and lifted the blanket.
"Well, hello there Ronald, my old friend, long time no see you."
She was curled up in her old clothes, trying to keep herself warm, with dirty barefeet and red hair, a red between fire and blood, covering her face.
"Arria-- Arriane is that you? Who did this to you?"
"The best reason, and proably the one you can understand, FATE! Now, give me a glass of water." she ordered him, revealing a careless seam where were supposed to be her, once beautiful violet eyes, the colour of a twilight at the end of a day in the middle of Summer.
He stood where he was, only moving an arm to pick up a glass of fresh water, his expression translated pure horror.
"How were you-- were you able to recognize me?" Ronald stammered.
"Ohhh sweetheart, I don't need eyes to see what's going on around me!" Arriane confessed, opening for the first time the palm of her hands, showing the sidekick eyeballs in complete ecstasy, "I see all that was, that is and that will be." vocalizing the quote with a terrifying voice tone.
"Then, why am I here?" the frightened Ronald asked her, trying to keep a neutral voice. He couldn't stop thinking that the creature in front of his eyes, was actually his childhood mate, his first crush.
"Well deary, you want to know who's going to win the battle? Then, shall you give me the glass of water or are you waiting for your corpse to be eaten by crows?" he lend her the glass of water and, as a wild animal, she grabbed the cup and satisfied her thirst.
Ronald covered the cage again, when he heard someone calling him.

*

Just five minutes away, were more than enough, for the creature, to abandon the battlefield, leaving a trace of her scent, through the air, along with a few words of revenge "Future is like a puzzle and the ability to see it, might look like a gift for the outsiders' point of view, but experimenting the vision of people dying and the reborning, the feeling of getting injured and the healing their own scars, the strong emotions of falling in love and then the cold heartbreak... I'm able to take over your place, King Sparks; Surely with right allies." and an evil and mad chuckle echoed through the red bloody skies of the conquered land.
